HCyprus ("we", "us") is operated by Hrachya Hovhannisyan IE. The site helps travellers find and request hotels, tours, weddings, property and visa support in Cyprus. By using the site you agree to these terms.

We help you find, request and arrange services provided by third-party suppliers such as hotels and tour operators. Those suppliers' own conditions apply to the services they provide, and we will share the relevant conditions with you in your confirmation.

Submitting a request does not create a booking. Bookings, prices, payment and cancellation are covered in our Payment & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

You can create an account with your email address, which you confirm with a code we send you. Please give accurate details, keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think your account has been misused.

We may suspend or close an account that is used unlawfully, fraudulently or in a way that harms the site or other users.

Hotel descriptions, photos, availability and prices come from our suppliers. We work to keep them accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that every detail is complete or current, and we may correct errors when we find them.

We help prepare the documents for a tourist visa application. We do not issue visas and cannot guarantee that an application will be approved — that decision belongs to the competent authorities. Entry requirements can change, so please check them before you travel.

When using the site, you agree not to:

• submit false, misleading or someone else's personal information;
• attempt to interfere with the site, its security or other users' accounts;
• copy or scrape the site's content at scale without our written permission.

The HCyprus name, logo, design and original content belong to us or our licensors. Hotel photos and descriptions are supplied by our partners and remain their property. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use.

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for the acts or omissions of suppliers, or for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have as a consumer or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed; using the site after an update means you accept the new version.
