The excursion begins with a visit to the ancient city-state of Kourion, one of the most significant archaeological sites in Cyprus, on a hill with breathtaking Mediterranean views — highlights include the well-preserved amphitheater and stunning Roman mosaics. Next comes Aphrodite's Beach, the legendary birthplace of the goddess of love, with picturesque scenery and crystal-clear water. The final part is a stroll along the seafront promenade of Paphos, with an optional visit to the Archaeological Park and free time for lunch at a seaside café. This route combines historical landmarks with natural beauty for an unforgettable impression of Cyprus.

The journey begins in Limassol — one of Cyprus's most vibrant cities, where Richard the Lionheart once married Berengaria of Navarre — with a stroll through the old town and a visit to Limassol Marina. Next is the village of Omodos in the Troodos foothills, home to the Monastery of the Holy Cross, with time to wander its narrow streets, browse local workshops and enjoy a coffee. The day ends with a wine tasting at a local winery, learning about the island's winemaking traditions.

Cyprus's climate allows diving all year round, with visibility ranging from 20 meters and up to 50 meters in autumn.

This excursion offers an exceptional mix of history, architecture, and scenic beauty, starting in the Famagusta Walled City with its Venetian fortifications, Othello Tower and Gothic St. Nicholas Cathedral. Next is Bellapais Abbey, a Gothic monastery founded by Cistercian monks in the 12th century, nestled on the slopes of the Kyrenia Mountains. The day finishes in the coastal town of Kyrenia, with its picturesque harbour, Venetian castle and museum, and blend of Venetian, Byzantine and Ottoman architecture.

Our path lies east, toward the most beautiful coasts of Cyprus, with a stop at a family jewelry workshop before exploring the ancient city-state of Salamis — legendary capital founded after the Trojan War — with its well-preserved amphitheater and marble sculptures. We then visit historic Famagusta, walking its narrow streets to see the Gothic Cathedral of St. Nicholas and the Tower of Othello, along with the abandoned "ghost town" left behind since 1974, before relaxing on one of the area's beautiful beaches.

A fun-filled family day discovering Cyprus's rural heritage, starting at a farm in the village of Skarinou with the oldest olive tree in Cyprus, a traditional olive and water mill, and a farmhouse. Next comes a wax museum, an introduction to donkey management, the village of Kato Drys, the Monastery of St. Minas, and the village of Lefkara, famous for its embroidery and silverwork. The day ends with a swim at Governor's Beach and a relaxing seaside lunch.

The village of Kato Drys, once pictured on a Cypriot lira note, is the birthplace of the Cypriot saint Neophyte. We visit a traditional Cypriot house from the 17th–19th centuries, taste wine and the local sweet "soutzoukos" at a small family winery, and explore the Honey Museum. The day continues with photo stops in the embroidery village of Lefkara and ends at Governor's Beach, known for its white cliffs.

One of the best ways to immerse yourself in Cyprus's culinary traditions, starting in the village of Agros with its meat delicacies, homemade jams and rose factory. Next is a chocolate factory with tastings, followed by a gourmet lunch of traditional Cypriot dishes at a tavern in the village of Omodos. The tour ends at a local winery with a tasting of Cyprus's finest wines.

In the heart of the central mountain range, we visit Trooditissa Monastery, home to the holy belt of the Virgin Mary, before continuing to the iconic Kykkos Monastery, founded in the 11th century and home to a revered icon of the Virgin Mary attributed to the Apostle Luke. A relaxing lunch stop in the mountains can be added if desired.

A day immersed in Cypriot nature and culture, beginning at an olive farm to learn about olive oil production, then the village of Lefkara, famed for its silver filigree and UNESCO-listed lace. Next is the secluded Monastery of Saint George Alamanos, followed by a swim at Governor's Beach, known for its white cliffs. The day ends at an exotic fruit farm with fresh tastings.

Next is Larnaca, greeted by the Kamares Aqueduct, with time in the old town, a walk along the Phinikoudes Promenade, and a visit to the Church of St. Lazarus, home to the saint's relics.

We explore Larnaca, once known as Kition, one of the island's oldest cities, passing through the village of Kiti to see the rare 6th-century mosaic at the Angeloktisti Temple. The route continues past the Salt Lake, home to flamingos in winter, then to the Church of St. Lazarus with its relics and richly decorated iconostasis, before free time in Larnaca's Old Town along the palm-lined Finikoudes promenade.

Next is Macheras Monastery, founded in the 12th century in the serene mountains, followed by the Temple of the Life-Giving Cross in the village of Lefkara, famed for its silver chasing and embroidery.

We introduce you to the most interesting monuments and charming corners of the northern part of the island, visiting the artisan village of Lefkara before reaching Kyrenia, with its picturesque harbour and museum housing the Kyrenia shipwreck. Next is St. Hilarion Castle, a 10th-century fortress once a summer residence for Cypriot kings, and finally Bellapais Abbey, a Gothic monastery built by Augustinian monks.

We begin in the artistic village of Lania, then climb into the Troodos Mountains to the Byzantine-era Monastery of Ioannis Lampadistis, home to rare Italo-Byzantine frescoes. A walk through the village of Kalopanayiotis crosses the scenic Venetian Bridge, followed by a trout tasting in Kakopetria and a visit to the Temple of St. Nicholas. The day continues to a waterfall and the summit of Mount Olympus, the island's highest point, ending among some of Cyprus's most picturesque villages.

Next is the Monastery of St. Neophytos, founded in 1160 by the saint as a hermitage, followed by the Archbishop's Museum in Tala, showcasing the island's ecclesiastical treasures.

Lania is a charming village in Limassol's mountainous wine country, sitting at 575 meters with more than 3,000 years of history and narrow, flower-lined streets. Next is a family winery near Vouni, known for its Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon, with a choice of a 5- or 6-wine tasting paired with local snacks and cheeses.

Kourion, founded around 1200 BC on a cliff 70 meters high, has well-preserved house foundations, Roman baths with mosaic floors, and an amphitheater seating 2,000 that still hosts performances today. Next is the mountain village of Omodos, home to the Monastery of the Holy Cross, founded by St. Helena, which holds a fragment of the True Cross, followed by wine tasting and browsing local silverware and lace.

We head east to Ayia Napa and Protaras, home to some of the island's most beautiful lagoons and beaches, visiting the late-14th-century Monastery of Ayia Napa and the Bridge of Lovers near the Cape Greco Nature Reserve, with coffee and panoramic views of Cape Konnos. The day continues with a swim in azure waters and lunch at a fish tavern overlooking Kalamies Bay.

A drive through the picturesque Troodos Mountains to Kykkos Monastery, known for its Byzantine architecture, mosaics and icons, followed by the traditional village of Omodos with its cobbled streets and the Holy Cross Monastery. The day's highlight is a local winery visit with a guided vineyard tour and wine tasting.
