We begin in the artistic village of Lania, then climb into the Troodos Mountains to the Byzantine-era Monastery of Ioannis Lampadistis, home to rare Italo-Byzantine frescoes. A walk through the village of Kalopanayiotis crosses the scenic Venetian Bridge, followed by a trout tasting in Kakopetria and a visit to the Temple of St. Nicholas. The day continues to a waterfall and the summit of Mount Olympus, the island's highest point, ending among some of Cyprus's most picturesque villages.
