  • Pension certificate (if applicable)

  • Marriage certificate (if applicable)
  • Passport copy of partner (only if partner is Cypriot)

  • Bank statements or bank certificate
  • Tax returns
  • Sponsorship letter (if applicable)

Include:

  • Flight itinerary
  • Hotel booking
  • Travel itinerary
  • Travel insurance
  • Invitation letter (if applicable)

A clear scan of all passport pages:

  • Cover page
  • Bio page
  • All stamped pages
  • Blank pages

Visa Application Form

Include:

  • Completed visa application form
  • Biometric photo attached (3.5 × 4.5 cm)
  • All applicable fields fully completed

Signed Checklist

Steps:

  • Print the checklist
  • Tick only the documents you are submitting
  • Sign the checklist
  • Scan and upload

Include:

  • Proof of assets
  • Ownership documents (property, vehicle, etc.), if applicable
