Payment & Refund Policy

Filling in a form on HCyprus — a hotel price request, a tour, wedding or property inquiry, or a visa support request — is free and is not a booking or a purchase.

A booking exists only once we have confirmed it to you in writing (by email or by message) with the final price and the terms that apply.

"From" prices on the site are indicative. They come from live supplier availability for the dates and guests you searched and can change until we confirm your booking.

Visa support prices are shown per person in Armenian dram (AMD), with the group discounts stated on the visa support page. Other prices are shown in euro unless the confirmation says otherwise.

We tell you the total price, the accepted payment methods and the payment deadline in our written confirmation. We do not ask you to pay before you have received that confirmation.

Only pay using the details given in a confirmation you received from us. If someone contacts you claiming to be HCyprus and asks for payment any other way, please do not pay and let us know.

Hotel, tour and other supplier services are subject to the cancellation and change conditions of the rate you booked. These are stated in your confirmation, including any deadline for free cancellation and whether a rate is non-refundable.

To cancel or change a booking, contact us as early as you can. Suppliers may charge fees for changes or late cancellations, and we will tell you the amount before anything is changed.

Where a refund is due under the conditions in your confirmation, we return it to the payment method you used, and we tell you the expected timing when you cancel.

If we are unable to provide a confirmed service, we will offer you an alternative or refund what you have paid for that service.

Visa support is a document-preparation service; the decision on a visa always rests with the authorities. Wedding and other custom services are arranged individually, and any deposit and refund conditions are agreed and stated in your written confirmation.
