We introduce you to the most interesting monuments and charming corners of the northern part of the island, visiting the artisan village of Lefkara before reaching Kyrenia, with its picturesque harbour and museum housing the Kyrenia shipwreck. Next is St. Hilarion Castle, a 10th-century fortress once a summer residence for Cypriot kings, and finally Bellapais Abbey, a Gothic monastery built by Augustinian monks.
