Kato Drys / Lefkara
PrivateForgotten Traditions
CultureThe village of Kato Drys, once pictured on a Cypriot lira note, is the birthplace of the Cypriot saint Neophyte. We visit a traditional Cypriot house from the 17th–19th centuries, taste wine and the local sweet "soutzoukos" at a small family winery, and explore the Honey Museum. The day continues with photo stops in the embroidery village of Lefkara and ends at Governor's Beach, known for its white cliffs.
