Our path lies east, toward the most beautiful coasts of Cyprus, with a stop at a family jewelry workshop before exploring the ancient city-state of Salamis — legendary capital founded after the Trojan War — with its well-preserved amphitheater and marble sculptures. We then visit historic Famagusta, walking its narrow streets to see the Gothic Cathedral of St. Nicholas and the Tower of Othello, along with the abandoned "ghost town" left behind since 1974, before relaxing on one of the area's beautiful beaches.
